We coordinate arrival through departure and appointment attendance within your agreed plan. Choosing a female companion adds no charge to the coordination fee. Language, schedule and attendance hours are confirmed before travel; this is practical and language support, not nursing or continuous 24-hour attendance.
Is the initial conversation free?
Yes. There is no charge to get in touch and discuss your request. If a paid medical consultation is needed, the doctor’s fee is explained before arranging it.
Do I need to send medical reports immediately?
No. Start with a general question. If the doctor needs photographs or reports, we explain what is required and how to share it with your permission.
Do you provide the treatment yourselves?
Rihla Health coordinates communication and agreed services. Diagnosis, treatment and medical recommendations are the responsibility of the treating doctor and provider.
How do I find out the total cost?
A written estimate is prepared once your needs are understood. It separates treatment, coordination and optional services, and explains what may change after an in-person examination.
Can I speak in Iraqi Arabic?
Yes. Our Arab background in Abadan brings familiarity with Iraqi Arabic. Modern Standard Arabic is welcome too.
Can you guarantee the outcome?
No medical outcome can be guaranteed. Your doctor discusses expectations, risks and treatment limitations after assessing your case.
Can you help my companion?
Accommodation and transport coordination can be requested for a companion. These services and their costs are agreed in your offer, rather than added automatically.
When should I book flights?
After the treating team has assessed your case and confirmed appointments and requirements. Entry rules, travel conditions and flights should be checked when planning.
What happens after I return home?
Agree the follow-up plan before travel: doctor contact, records and any local care needed. Our services and their limits are set out in your offer.
Can I pay for treatment on this website?
Online payment is not available in this website. Once agreed, the recipient, currency and approved payment method are stated in writing. Do not pay using unverified account details.
Can I request an English-speaking guide?
A native Arabic-speaking companion supports your visit, with familiarity with Iraqi Arabic through our Arab roots in Abadan. A fluent English-speaking companion is also available. We confirm your companion, language and attendance times before travel. Women can request a female companion at no extra charge within the agreed plan.
