Information in the form
You may enter your name, WhatsApp number, requested service, city of residence and a general question. These details prepare a message within your browser. The website has no form-receiving server or database and does not save the form in browser local storage.
When information reaches WhatsApp
Preparing the message opens a WhatsApp link containing the text you entered. Opening the link shares that text with WhatsApp’s service, but it reaches Rihla’s account only after you press Send there. You can review the message or choose not to send it.
After you send a message
We use information you send to answer your enquiry, discuss coordination availability and follow up on arrangements you agree to. Conversations exist outside the website, within WhatsApp services and devices used by the receiving account. Not storing the web form does not mean the messaging service does not retain a conversation.
Medical information and identity documents
The initial form is not for medical reports, sensitive photographs, identity documents or payment details. There is no file upload. If further information is needed, we explain what is required, the recipient and sharing method before requesting it. Do not share another person’s information without permission.
Sharing with a care provider
Starting a conversation is not blanket permission to send your records to doctors. The provider, purpose and necessary information are identified and your permission requested before coordinating medical information sharing. External services may process data in other countries under their policies.
Hosting and cookies
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request data for operation and security. The site adds no advertising, marketing analytics or tracking cookies. Cloudflare and WhatsApp policies govern their respective processing.
Retention and your requests
Use the same contact number to request correction, an end to contact or deletion of information from communication records managed by the Rihla team. We review what can be carried out and explain any information needed for an agreement or applicable obligation. We do not promise deletion of third-party copies or backups outside our control.
