Costs and payment, clearly explained

There is no fee simply to ask a question or understand the process. If assessment requires a paid medical consultation, its price is disclosed before agreement.

For your comfort and privacy, you can request a native Arabic-speaking female companion; fluent English-speaking accompaniment is also available. We coordinate arrival through departure and appointment attendance within your agreed plan. Choosing a female companion adds no charge to the coordination fee. Language, schedule and attendance hours are confirmed before travel; this is practical and language support, not nursing or continuous 24-hour attendance.

Our coordination model uses a fixed coordination fee based on scope, rather than a percentage of the procedure cost. The amount appears in your offer before paid work begins, without a hidden medical markup.

After reviewing and accepting the offer, an initial instalment covers the specified coordination stage. The balance is due after the agreed arrangements are completed and before visit support begins. Amounts and deliverables are specified in your offer; this website requests no payments.

The coordination package covers seven consecutive calendar days from an agreed start date in Tehran; it does not mean daily accompaniment or medical care. A longer stay alone does not trigger an extra coordination fee. Any extra support is quoted and agreed separately before charging. Do not shorten recovery to fit the package; clinical care duration is determined by the doctor.

The default is to pay the treating provider directly against its invoice. Accommodation, transport and optional services are separate. If Rihla collects anything on a provider’s behalf, the recipient, amount and receipt arrangements must be explained beforehand.

Your offer explains how completed work and confirmed external costs are accounted for if you cancel. An initial instalment is not automatically a non-refundable penalty. Amounts earned, refundable balances and expected refund timing are explained before payment.

The offer states the currency, recipient and approved method. Holding an account or wallet does not establish availability for every customer. No bank or wallet details are published, and this website does not accept payments. If comparing a USD offer with local toman expenses, read the exchange guide. A published estimate does not guarantee the executed rate or fees. Ask for the currency of each item before agreeing.

Our coordination model is based on a client-paid coordination fee. If a treating provider later pays any compensation, it must be disclosed before commitment, including its effect on the bill and recommendation.

If you need more support during your visit, ask about a seven-day private accompaniment plan. This may include arrival and departure coordination, help booking a hotel, transport and appointment scheduling, and language assistance at agreed times. We check availability before specifying hours, journeys and coordination fees in writing. Hotel, vehicle, driver and clinical costs are separate; this is not continuous attendance or a 24-hour emergency service.

Request a written offer that separates coordination fees from the treating provider, hotel and transport bills. It should state the currency, recipient, payment milestones, work completed at each point, and how cancellation and refunds are calculated. Confirm that a payment method is available to you before travel. A dated exchange quote does not imply that we accept that currency or guarantee conversion. Do not send card details or medical documents in a general message.

On 17 October 2026, the Central Bank explained tourist-card rules for nonresident foreigners, including health visitors. The circular dates to 29 June 2026; no separate commencement date is specified. Funding uses USD or EUR through a bank or licensed exchange, at an agreed transaction-day rate.
