1. An initial conversation, at no charge
Tell us the medical or aesthetic service, your city of residence and your initial questions on WhatsApp. We coordinate visits to Tehran. You do not need to send your complete medical file to start the conversation; we explain what information is needed for assessment before you share it.
2. Understand the assessment requirements
We explain what the doctor needs to assess the request. Any paid consultation fee is disclosed before arrangement; unnecessary records are not requested.
3. Review the medical proposal and costs
The doctor’s initial recommendations and estimate may change after an in-person examination. Ask about alternatives, inclusions and offer validity.
4. Agree the coordination scope
Services, appointments, responsibilities, coordination fees, payment stages and cancellation terms are set out in writing.
5. Arrange the visit
Before buying a ticket with restrictive change terms, confirm the medical appointment, the entry requirements for your nationality, passport type and purpose with the relevant authority, and flight operation with the airline. A medical appointment does not confirm entry eligibility or flight operation. Send your arrival and departure dates, airport and flight number so we can check how they fit the appointment schedule. 6. Follow-up as agreed
Before returning, confirm doctor contact, treatment records and any local follow-up. The duration and limits of coordination support are specified in the offer.
