Before travel
Understand the request, coordinate provider communication and explain the offer, appointments and required information. Confirm what can be arranged before committing to travel.
A female companion for your journey in Tehran
For your comfort and privacy, you can request a native Arabic-speaking female companion; fluent English-speaking accompaniment is also available. We coordinate arrival through departure and appointment attendance within your agreed plan. Choosing a female companion adds no charge to the coordination fee. Language, schedule and attendance hours are confirmed before travel; this is practical and language support, not nursing or continuous 24-hour attendance.
Appointments and language support
Your offer may include appointment coordination and language assistance. Certified document translation or specialist medical interpreting is scoped separately; dialect fluency is not a medical or professional credential.
Accommodation, transport and companions
Optional services are priced and agreed in advance. You do not have to buy a complete travel package. Tell us about mobility or companion needs before the offer is prepared.
After treatment
Agree how to reach the treating provider and arrange follow-up appointments within the agreed scope. WhatsApp is not a substitute for urgent medical care or local follow-up.
Response hours and service limits
Contact hours and the period covered by coordination are agreed before commitment. We do not promise round-the-clock responses or unconfirmed arrangements.
If your stay is extended
The coordination package covers seven consecutive calendar days from an agreed start date in Tehran; it does not mean daily accompaniment or medical care. A longer stay alone does not trigger an extra coordination fee. Any extra support is quoted and agreed separately before charging. Do not shorten recovery to fit the package; clinical care duration is determined by the doctor.
Private support for your week in Tehran
If you need more support during your visit, ask about a seven-day private accompaniment plan. This may include arrival and departure coordination, help booking a hotel, transport and appointment scheduling, and language assistance at agreed times. We check availability before specifying hours, journeys and coordination fees in writing. Hotel, vehicle, driver and clinical costs are separate; this is not continuous attendance or a 24-hour emergency service.
Your Tehran visit checklist
Before booking travel, obtain the confirmed appointment, centre address, contact person and visit schedule. When choosing a hotel, discuss accessibility, lift access, companion needs and change terms. Agree an airport meeting point and a contact method if arrival is delayed. Check current travel and entry requirements with the relevant authorities when booking.
Native Arabic-speaking and fluent English-speaking companions
A native Arabic-speaking companion supports your visit, with familiarity with Iraqi Arabic through our Arab roots in Abadan. A fluent English-speaking companion is also available. We confirm your companion, language and attendance times before travel. Women can request a female companion at no extra charge within the agreed plan. General language assistance is not certified medical interpretation; specialist requirements are discussed before the appointment.
If your flight or arrival time changes
Before travel, keep your flight number, accommodation address, medical appointment and contact number available. If a flight changes, send the new arrival time so we can check whether pickup and appointments can be rearranged. Transport or a changed booking is confirmed only when its provider agrees. See items that may be charged separately, and agree on a backup contact method in case your mobile service is unavailable on arrival.
Choosing accommodation: questions before payment
Start with the confirmed care-centre address. Compare the actual journey to it, rather than map distance alone. Ask the property about lifts, entrance steps, bathroom access, companion needs and check-in after a late arrival. Request written room prices, guest numbers, meals, charges, checkout time and extension or cancellation terms. Room availability and nursing are not assumed. Compare these items with coordination scope and separate costs before booking.
Preparing departure and follow-up at home
Before fixing your return flight, ask the treating provider about the final review and any travel assessment or documents, then check the airline’s requirements for your circumstances. Request a care summary, prescriptions, follow-up instructions and provider contact details. Agree who will coordinate follow-up at home, for how long and whether it is included; accompaniment does not extend automatically. Confirm airport transport and accommodation settlement, allowing for any extra review the doctor requests. Return timing is individual and agreed with your doctor, rather than set by package length.
Najaf–Tehran: confirm the flight as well as the announcement
Iraqi Airways reports a Najaf-to-Tehran launch on 8 October 2026. Its page is stamped 14 October, while the statement inside is dated 8 October. This carrier announcement does not change entry requirements or prove availability on your travel date. Confirm direction, date, arrival airport, seats and change terms with the airline before linking travel to an appointment. It does not establish your return flight or a departure from another Iraqi city.
A written handover checklist
Before returning home, keep paper and offline phone copies of the follow-up contact, emergency route, care instructions, reports and receipts. Confirm who handles questions after your return and how accompaniment charges change if your stay extends.
